Objectives

  • Once resolution is approved, ensuring implementation will not adversely affect any existing features and modules.
  • Implement low-grade User Stories deemed within parameters.
  • Provide further assistance to Customer’s project teams by giving expert advice on any possible conflict or impact of planned implementations.
  • Monitor and control all features, updates, and implementations being deployed into the Production environment.
  • Plan and execute release management and refresh activities in coordination with the Customer’s project team/s and stakeholders.
