Salesforce Technical Consultant


A Technical Consultant’s job is to translate and implement complex business requirements and solutions utilizing salesforce standard functionalities like APEX, Lightning Component and Visualforce Pages (Classic) as well as formulating different ways on how to integrate Salesforce with external applications


  • Design, develop, test, document and deploy high quality business solutions software using
  • Salesforce Lightning component / Visual Force, APEX, and corresponding client-side technologies
  • Integrate Salesforce code with other enterprise applications using Salesforce Integration patterns
  • Participate in technical design sessions; develop technical solution documentation related to coding activities
  • Collaborate with colleagues on coding, source control management, technical reviews, and troubleshooting
  • Ability to support Salesforce configuration tasks such as field/ page updates, workflows, and a large variety of custom objects
  • Implement new software features and client enhancements
  • Participate in code reviews during projects to ensure appropriate design patterns are followed
  • Perform QA testing if needed


  • 2+ years experience in Salesforce platform development
  • 2+ years of development using Lightning/ VisualForce, Apex, Triggers, Batch Apex, and other programmatic solutions in Salesforce
  • 2+ years experience in developing and optimizing integrated business processes across disparate systems
  • Configuration experience
  • Familiarity with Agile software delivery methodologies and tools such as Scrum, Jira and Agile
  • Ability to understand Salesforce products: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Communities and AppExchange solutions
  • Hands on experience in Lightning component
  • Adept in Salesforce set-up and configuration
  • College Degree of any relevant to IT or Equivalent to 5 working experience
  • Certified Salesforce System Administrator is required
  • Certified Salesforce Platform Developer (preferred)
  • Certified Salesforce Platform App Builder (preferred)
  • Certified Salesforce Platform Developer 2 is a plus
  • Hands on experience in Marketing Cloud is a plus
  • Hands on experience with Integration using Mulesoft is a plus

Salesforce Solution Architect

Level: Managerial


The Solution Architect serves as subject matter expert in a skill or solution, responsible for client delivery, proposals, new business opportunities, and knowledge management. He/ She works closely with the Product Owner and Technical Architect to understand requirements and enable the authoring/development of quality solutions that meet the requirements.


  • Serves as the technical leader for Salesforce projects onsite at client locations
  • Translates business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platforms and products
  • Articulate the benefits and risks to a solution’s feasibility and functionality
  • Provide hands-on, expert-level technical assistance to developers
  • Design and manage the execution of test plans to ensure a quality solution is delivered
  • Follow and understand new Salesforce product and technical capabilities resulting from product releases and acquisitions
  • Provide expertise during sales efforts to estimate the technical level of effort
  • Coach and mentor junior technical and functional team members


Experience in providing program oversight and solutions architecture for applications. Excellent analytical, technology, communication, decision making and problem solving skills.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or any related field
  • 7+ years of (SFDC) systems implementation experience, certification preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication to technical audiences, non-technical audiences, and senior management.
  • Strong relationship management skills.

Experience in Salesforce with end-to-end implementation in the following areas:

  • Solution Architect experience on implementation projects using Agile methodology
  • Understanding of key SFDC architectural concepts and how they influence design
  • platform experience, including the limitation of the platform
  • Evaluation of with 3rd party solutions
  • Certifications (Sales Cloud/Service Cloud)
  • Background with architecture concepts (integration styles, architecture styles, patterns)
  • Supervisory experience

Salesforce Application Management Support

Provides technical support to users by researching and answering questions and investigating and troubleshooting problems.

Functional Consultant

We are looking for high energy Salesforce Consultants looking to grow their career with us. You will be responsible for creating groundwork solutions for Salesforce Engagements and leading teams in end to end implementation activities. He/she works will work closely with the Project Manager to understand the overall solution design and will be responsible to refining use cases/user stories as well as documentation of requirements, building out the declarative aspects of the solution. He/ She will be responsible for creating/defining/documenting the groundwork declarative configuration of the solution design.


  • Manage the implementation of SF Solution design to meet business requirements
  • Perform system configuration and groundwork per specification of architect or lead designer
  • Perform Data gathering to define, and document business requirements and work closely with lead designer in mapping solutions per requirement
  • Provide input to projects estimate specific to declarative part of system design
  • Perform impact analysis
  • Identify different use cases and test scripts specific to captured user requirements
  • Provide design/documentation coverage on any and/or all project phases
  • Provide advice or suggestions for improvement according to objectives of design
  • Perform QA testing if needed


  • 2+ Years CRM Experience
  • 1+ Years of end to end implementation experience with Salesforce or similar enterprise solutions
  • Experience in solutions using Salesforce industry implementations or various Salesforce products (Sales, Service, Marketing Cloud)
  • Intermediate knowledge in configuration and Salesforce Mechanics
  • Intermediate knowledge in using data gathering techniques to capture client requirements, test definition, process design specific to projects and clients
  • Familiarity with SFDC
  • A great listener with ability to communicate with people of diverse disciplines
  • Certified Administrator (required)
  • Marketing Cloud experience is a bonus
