Manila, Philippines – On January 25, 2025, Trailblazers from around the country all gathered for its biggest community event of the year, Philippines Dreamin’ 2025. As one of the top Salesforce partners in the country, Third Pillar was invited to be a part of the celebrations.

Throughout the day, tech leaders from around the region gathered to get the latest developments and innovations from Salesforce. From expert discussions to hands-on workshops, admins, architects, and developers all got a firsthand experience of the new capabilities of the platform.

From autonomous agents to Business Analyst best practices, participants were eager to dive into the latest advancements and chart the future of customer experience and data integration powered by Agentforce, the platform’s new Agentic AI.

Throughout the day, Third Pillar showcased the spirit of the Trailblazer through its support, dedication, and collaboration with its customers, users, and partners. From industry veterans to emerging talents, attendees experienced the full blend of innovation and inspiration that the team has continuously delivered.

As the country’s premier Salesforce Summit partner, Third Pillar was invited to share their insights on the growing Salesforce community and the opportunities that come with it. In a short talk, Third Pillar Project Manager, Justin Panganiban, shared his experience on implementing cross-country Salesforce projects and the challenges that came with it.

Aside from discussing how he managed his time and resources to execute the project, Justin imparted practical knowledge on how to manage stakeholder expectations, especially given the unique backgrounds of every regional user. Additionally, he also shared how despite the differences, Salesforce is a platform that can overcome these challenges and deliver an exceptional experience if built correctly. Knowing this, Justin shared how he believes that Filipino Trailblazers will follow suit and set the standard of global Salesforce experts across any industry.

Following the talk, the Third Pillar Team held a small raffle for registered attendees and passers of the Knowledge Quiz prepared by the team to test their Salesforce prowess. With a passing rate of 79%, only 6 lucky participants would take home special prizes.

For the raffle, 2 lucky winners received an Anker powerbank while 3 winners got brand new Jisulife portable fans as their prize. For the grand prize, a brand new iPad was up for grabs as attendees eagerly waited for their name to be drawn. 

To everyone’s absolute surprise, last year’s grand prize raffle winner, Charlie Kim, drew the winning card again for the second year in a row, a happy coincidence that showcased the luck and prosperity that Third Pillar brings to its partners.

As businesses continue their digital transformation journey, technologies such as those from Salesforce will become integral to creating superior customer journeys. Thankfully, Third Pillar and the Filipino Trailblazer community will be there to deliver.
