March 24, 2025 – Third Pillar held its 2025 company kickoff and team-building event, workforce with a dynamic team-building event at the scenic Hannah’s Garden Events Place last March 13, 2025. There, management and employees from both Third Pillar Business Applications Inc. (TPBAI) and its Global Delivery Center (GDC) arms came together to align on the year’s goals over some food, laughs, and games.
To set the tone for the day’s activities, Third Pillar’s leaders shared their experience on what it means to run a marathon and how it translates to running a successful business. From there, the different departments each took turns to share their updates and plans for 2025.
Following a filling lunch, the rest of the 2-day event was packed with engaging activities centered on promoting teamwork and healthy competition. From team cheers and performances to a 5-legged race featuring classic Filipino games, participants showcased the power of camaraderie and the success the company can build when working together.
In the evening, the company held its first-ever company pickleball and 2-ball basketball tournament. The pickleball tournament saw fierce rallies and strategic plays, while the basketball 2-ball tournament showcased impressive shooting skills and seamless teamwork from the participants.
After the competition, everyone started to wind down and enjoyed their free time as they pleased. Workers and leaders bonded for the rest of the night over stories, food, and drinks all while getting to know and enjoy each other’s company outside of work.
The kickoff was a resounding success, with the event becoming a platform for managers and colleagues to become good friends. Rested and reinvigorated, the Third Pillar team is motivated and ready to deliver successful projects to its partners once again.
