Following 12 years of visionary leadership, Jennifer Ligones, Founder and President & CEO of Third Pillar, officially retired from the company on April 16, 2025. Ligones now serves as Country Manager of Google Cloud Philippines, leading the tech giant’s cloud and workplace transformation strategy in the country.

Succeeding her is Jen Garcia, formerly Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, who now assumes the role of Chief Executive Officer. Garcia has played an integral role in Third Pillar’s expansion, overseeing key milestones such as its recognition as the top Salesforce partner in the Philippines and the successful integration into the Globe Business ecosystem.

The leadership transition has been carefully planned to ensure organizational stability and sustained momentum. Jen’s achievements during her term as CCO and COO includes Third Pillar’s status as a 4-time Salesforce Summit Partner and the only Silver Partner of DocuSign in the region—will be preserved and amplified within the larger group structure.

In 2024, the company expanded its portfolio to support sustainable, AI-driven enterprise solutions. Its strategic focus across Financial Services and Insurance, Telecommunications and Technology, and Real Estate has led to significant client engagements and long-term transformation programs.

Today Third Pillar will continue to deliver solutions in key areas such as Customer Experience (CX), CRM, Generative and Agentic AI, Strategic Portfolio Management, Contract Lifecycle Management, Automation (IDP, ML, RPA), Master Data Management, Graph Technology, and Enterprise Analytics.
