With just a smartphone, Relationship Managers can assist customers in opening accounts seamlessly. The process was made simple because it removes the need to go to the bank personally. This achieves a collective goal of increasing client assets and customer satisfaction.
UnionBank also used Service Cloud to connect with its customers across multiple channels in handling the Customer Engagements and Support. Reducing the friction in connecting with UnionBank.
Third Pillar and Salesforce also empowered UnionBank’s workforce to work from home by implementing “command and control centers” into its system.
